What we need you to do before we work on it

We always ask for your personal files to be backed up before we do anything, but especially in this case. The reason is that if something happens to these files during installation and/or upgrade of the Windows software, there will be no way out from getting it back! It doesn't matter whether you use Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop or any other program with separate license keys (like AutoCAD) backing up is vitally important otherwise they might not work anymore after installing/re-installing the operating system.
