We maintain a 99% successful repair rate, which reflects our commitment to quality service and expertise. If we can't fix your device, there's no charge for the repair attempt.
Do you offer on-site repairs?
Yes! We provide on-site repairs within a 25-mile radius of Ammanford, Carmarthenshire. We also offer emergency and out-of-hours repairs when needed.

How much do repairs cost?
Our labour rate is £50 per hour, with a 55% markup on parts. We'll always provide a clear quote before proceeding with any work, so there are no surprises.
When do I need to pay?
If a diagnostic is needed then full payment is required upon completion of the repair. However, if the repair work is known such as a Screen Repair on a Smartphone, then this can be charged upfront, or after completion. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
What if the repair costs more than my device is worth?
We'll always inform you upfront if repair costs would exceed replacement value, so you can make an informed decision about whether to proceed.

How long do repairs typically take?
Most repairs take around 2 hours to complete. However, if we need to order parts, repairs are typically scheduled 24 hours after parts arrive (we use next-day delivery from our suppliers).
How many devices can you handle at once?
Our workshop can handle 2-3 device repairs per day, ensuring each receives proper attention and thorough testing.
Will you keep me updated on progress?
Absolutely! We provide progress updates via email throughout the repair process.
What's involved in diagnostics?
We perform a 1-hour diagnostic assessment before providing a quote. If you decide the repair isn't economical, you'll only pay for the diagnostic time.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We provide a 6-month warranty on our service work. This covers our workmanship, though it doesn't extend to the parts themselves.
How do you ensure quality?
Every device undergoes thorough in-house testing before being returned to you. We also perform comprehensive functionality testing on all device types, which adds 15-30 minutes to each repair but ensures everything works properly.
What types of parts do you use?
We use a mix of OEM (original manufacturer) and high-quality third-party parts. OEM parts offer the best quality and customer confidence, while third-party options provide cost savings. We'll discuss the best option for your specific situation.
