As we approach the festive season, we want to keep you updated on our Christmas opening hours and share some important changes coming to AVCS in 2026.
Christmas & New Year Closure
AVCS will be closed for the holidays from Monday, 22nd December 2025 and will reopen on Monday, 5th January 2026. During this period, our workshop and all services will be unavailable. If you require urgent support, please get in touch before our closure so we can assist you in good time.
Looking Ahead: What’s Changing in 2026
We’re always working to improve our service and keep our business focused on what we do best. Here’s what’s new for the coming year:
- Smartphone Repairs: We will no longer offer smartphone repairs from January 2026. This decision allows us to focus on our core strengths and deliver even higher quality in other areas.
- Retail Changes: We’re scaling back our retail operations. Moving forward, we’ll only be selling our own custom-made PCs—built to your needs and our high standards.
- Remote Support: We’re excited to introduce remote support services in the new year, making it easier for you to get help with your devices wherever you are.
- Labour Rate Update: From April 2026, our hourly labour rate will change from £50 to £75. This reflects the increased expertise and quality we’re committed to providing.
- Expanded Business Services: We’re growing our business support, with new offerings in website creation, marketing, email management, and consultancy. If your business needs trustworthy, local IT expertise, we’re here to help.
